
DES Physical Education introduced Yoga during Power Up time. Yoga has many benefits including: increasing flexibility, relaxation, stretching, stress relief, helps to improve sports performance, and decreases incidences of muscle injury. When doing Yoga at home, find a quiet, peaceful place. If available, turn on slow, calming music.
