INTERNET SAFETY IN A WEB 2.0 WORLD
This section provides resource materials for a presentation made at the National School Board Association annual conference on March 31, 2008. The presentation explains and demonstrates the new emerging Internet technologies that students are using every day. It covers teaching Internet Safety at all grade levels as part of the Virginia curriculum. Learn about cyberbulling and IM-fights (now occuring in many schools). Social networking technlogies are shown as well as the latest Web 2.0 technology.
