Dear Dr. Donald Stowers,
This letter is being sent to you as official notification of a major public education initiative by the Department of Defense, eKnowledge Corporation, and NFL Players to provide FREE SAT/ACT test preparation assistance to all dependants of active duty or retired military personnel and all JROTC cadets nationwide, and to request your assistance with this important initiative.

eKnowledge has already donated and shipped over $16 million of SAT/ACT prep materials
world-wide to more than 75,000 active and retired U.S. Military and their dependents.

The sponsorship is operating under the joint authorization of former Marine Corps Officer Mr. Charles Beall, Chairman and CEO of eKnowledge Corporation, and Department of Defense Under Secretary Leslye Arsht, with cooperation from The Parent Teacher Association, and other allied organizations. Military dependents and parents can request their free SAT/ACT PowerPrep programs ($200 value) through an official sponsorship website set up for your district. The sponsorship fulfillment department will ship an SAT/ACT PowerPreptm program directly to each eligible parent or student who requests a program.

The sponsorship initiative has already created a unique personalized website for your school district to ensure that each qualified student in the district has the opportunity to request the SAT/ACT prep materials. Before parents and students can use the website, however, a district liaison must contact the sponsorship office to active the district’s website. Please call (951) 256-4076.

Enclosed please find a complimentary copy of the donated SAT/ACT PowerPreptm Program and related materials. After you finish reviewing the program, you may keep it or give it to a deserving student. You will find the program serial numbers with the packaging.
