SELECTION CRITERIA

The selection criteria as set by the Governor's School are as follows:

  1. Science or mathematics course grades
  2. PSAT/SAT scores: 90th percentile or above
  3. Attendance: Consistent
  4. Teacher and Counselor Recommendations
  5. Mathematics preparation: Completion of Algebra I and II (completion of Geometry preferred)
  6. Current GPA
