
Camp Cougar is a 136 hour, non-traditional approach to health & physical education. This high adventure-based program offers exciting and challenging opportunities to 9th & 10th grade students while they earn PE Credit. During the program, students will spend 40% of the 136 hours in Health & Driver’s Education. The other 60% is spent in activities that foster team building, trust, peer competitiveness and self-esteem. Camp Cougar is very fast-paced, exciting, & quite fulfilling. After completion, students feel a true sense of accomplishment, both physically and emotionally.
