Pulaski County Public Schools and Pulaski County High School is pleased to announce our April Senior of the Month, Lucas Conrad Burton. Lucas is the son of Richard and Mary Burton of Fairlawn.
Lucas, as described by his nominating teacher, is consistently pleasant to be around. He actively participates in class discussions, completes assignments on time, and even though he's not a fan of public speaking, he excels in Forensics. Despite having a job, Lucas effectively balances work and school, rarely missing classes.
During his time at PCHS, Lucas has been involved in the band, theater arts, and forensics programs. He is a member of both the National Honor Society and Phi Theta Kappa. In his spare moments, Lucas finds joy in country music and writing. After graduating, Lucas intends to pursue Music Business at Radford University with aspirations of becoming a songwriter and music producer.
