From the Nurse's Corner

The New River Health District will come to each of our schools to offer Flu Vaccines to students.  If you would like for your child to receive the flu vaccine at their school please complete the Consent form and attach a copy of your insurance card/information and have your child return it to the school nurse before October 1, 2025.
