The Pulaski Community Youth Center (PCYC) recently presented two Spike Prime robot kits to Pulaski County Public Schools. Each elementary school in the county will have a First LEGO League team this fall. Asher Vaughn and Kari Hodge are serving as coaches and will be using the robot kits with their teams. Each kit cost $500. There are currently over 30 Pulaski County students from the fifth-grade gifted math program involved in the robotics program, but the goal is to increase that number at different levels. This would include new and additional teams at different levels, allowing new students the opportunity to learn as they grow. The teams have several upcoming events planned, as well as some community outreach events to inform the public of their goals and capabilities. Thank you PCYC for your generosity and for helping our Pulaski County students continue to shine and excel.

First LEGO League competition tables were donated earlier in the year.
