The recent announcement of the partnership between Pulaski County Public Schools and the Pulaski County Library System is quickly helping get age-appropriate books into the hands of young readers, but there is still time to get your children involved as well.
If your child is under the age of five and lives in Pulaski County, he or she can receive a FREE book in the mail each month through the Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library Program. See the attached brochures for full information on how you can sign your young child up for this wonderful program.
Currently, there have already been more than 400 children enrolled in the program after only two weeks, but there is NO LIMIT on the number of students that can enroll. The current 400 children enrolled is only 25% of the target group that the program hopes to see enrolled.
