Pulaski Elementary School is proud to recognize their selections for 2022 Employee of the Year and Teacher of the Year.

Pulaski Elementary is proud to announce that Diane Boerstler has been named 2022 Employee of the Year for Pulaski Elementary.  “Mrs. B” as she is known by others, is a Paraprofessional working with the upper grades.  This year marks her 25th year with Pulaski County Public Schools.  Her wealth of experience helps many others with questions about policies and procedures.  Mrs. B assists with basically everything in the daily workings of Pulaski Elementary.  She tests students, monitors hallways, provides guidance, provides support, and interacts with everyone.  She has an uplifting personality that always makes others laugh.  If you ever need a pick me up joke, she can always deliver.

Mrs B loves reading and cooking in her spare time.  She also collects ethnic cookbooks and enjoys chatting about food with other foodie friends.  She has never met a cookbook she hasn’t liked.

She is celebrating her 44th year of marriage with her high school sweetheart Kevin.  She has three children Kevin Jr., Taylor, and Jessica as well as seven grandchildren.

Pulaski Elementary is proud to announce that Becky Moles has been named 2022 Teacher of the Year for Pulaski Elementary.  Mrs. Moles currently teaches fourth grade, and has taught in Pulaski County Schools for 21 years. She is always seeking active ways to relate SOL content to her students.  She spends many hours before and after school tutoring students.  On the weekends, she picks up students to take them to church service.

Mrs. Moles also has one of the most uplifting personalities.  She comes into the school each morning singing, and gives encouragement to those who might need a kind word.  Her positive attitude towards life and her love for PES students and staff shows on a daily basis.  If you ever need anyone to be a part of a committee or need help in any way, she is always there.  She is a dedicated teacher who serves as a role model for her students, and encourages her students to be the best every day.

In her spare time, she enjoys hunting and fishing. She also enjoys listening to Praise and Worship music, teaching at her church, and enjoying the gifts each day brings.   Her husband is Brady and her son, Ben is a PCHS student.

Mrs. Moles was also named as the 2022 Pulaski County Public Schools Teacher of the Year for her efforts.
