Senior guard Jalere Harlow represents Pulaski County on the 2026 All-Region 3D boys basketball first team, as announced following a selection meeting held March 2 in Salem. 
Harlow, a senior for the Cougars, was one of eight players named to the first team. The regional honors were dominated by Hidden Valley, which swept the top individual awards. Senior Steele Torrence was named the Region 3D Player of the Year, and his coach, Brad Hutchins, earned Coach of the Year honors after leading the Titans to a first-team-heavy roster.

The All-Region second team features a mix of veterans and rising talent from across the district. Hidden Valley added another selection with senior Wynn Womeldorf, while Christiansburg sophomore Brasen Hutchens also earned a spot.
