With the regular seasons for spring sports now complete, post season honors are being announced. Several Pulaski County athletes and coaches are on those lists for the 2026 All-River Ridge District teams.

Girls Soccer

The girls soccer team ended their season with a record of 3-13-2 overall and 0-12 in RRD play.

The Cougar Soccer team is in the playoffs, hosting Lord Botetourt (8-7-3) Thursday in the opening round of the Region 4D playoffs. Their current record is 7-8-1 overall and 3-9-1 in River Ridge District play.

The softball team is in the playoffs and will travel to Cave Spring to open the Region 4D playoffs Thursday. Their current record is 17-6 with a 12-2 RRD record. They lost to Cave Spring (14-6) once and beat them once. The Lady Cougars earned their first-ever River Ridge District Regular Season Co-Championship AND their first-ever River Ridge District Tournament Championship.
